Terms and Conditions

Payment Procedures:

1. Registration Deposit of Rp. 1,000,000,- /person (no-refund).
   
2. Secure Seat Rp. 7,000,000,- /person
3. Payment via the Jabbar International Fact Accounts listed, namely: BRI and BSI
4. Maximum payment 30 days before departure.
5. Registration less than 30 days requires full payment according to the package.

Participant Requirements:

1. Pay Travel Costs in accordance with applicable provisions
2. Photocopy of KTP
3. Colored passport photos with a white background, 4×6, 6 sheets. Especially for women wearing the hijab
4. Photocopy of birth certificate for children under 12 years old
5. Photocopy of marriage certificate and family card for husband and wife |
6. Original passport consisting of 3 syllables which is still valid for at least 8 months at the time of departure.

Departure Cancellation Fee Terms:

1. DP (Down Payment) is non-refundable
2. (three) weeks before the departure schedule, a fee of 50% of the package price will be charged.
3. (two) weeks before the departure schedule, a fee of 80% of the package price will be charged.
4. (one) week before the departure schedule, a fee of 100% of the package price will be charged.
