Payment Procedures:

  1. Registration Deposit of Rp. 1,000,000,- /person (no-refund).
  2. Secure Seat Rp. 7,000,000,- /person (no-refund).
  3. Payment via the Jabbar International Fact Accounts listed, namely: BRI and BSI
  4. Maximum payment 30 days before departure.
  5. Registration less than 30 days requires full payment according to the package.

 

Participant Requirements:

  1.  Pay Travel Costs in accordance with applicable provisions
  2. Photocopy of ID card
  3. Colored passport photos with a white background, 4×6, 6 sheets. Especially for women wearing the hijab
  4. Photocopy of birth certificate for children under 12 years old
  5. Photocopy of marriage certificate and family card for husband and wife |
  6. Original passport consisting of 3 syllables which is still valid for at least 8 months at the time of departure.

 

Departure Cancellation Fee Terms:

  1. DP (Down Payment) is non-refundable
  2. (three) weeks before the departure schedule, a fee of 50% of the package price will be charged.
  3. (two) weeks before the departure schedule, a fee of 80% of the package price will be charged.
  4. (one) week before the departure schedule, a fee of 100% of the package price will be charged.

HARI PERTAMA

  • Check In Juanda International Airport directly to Jeddah

HARI KEDUA

  • Arrive at Jeddah King Abdul Aziz Airport
  • After processing the documents at Immigration, continue the journey to Medina.
  •  Check in at the hotel followed by distribution of rooms to the congregation
  •  Rest and Increase Worship at the Prophet's Mosque

HARI KETIGA

  • At 08:00 WSA after breakfast, the congregation gathered at the Hotel Lobby to take part in the Pilgrimage in the City of Medina and several historical places around the City of Medina. These include: Jabal Uhud, Sayidina Hamzah Tomb, Khandaq, Quba Mosque, Qiblatain Mosque and Jabal Magnet (if possible) as well as stopping at the Date Market.
  • Prepare for Friday prayers and increase worship at the Nabawi Mosque.
  • After Asr Study and Consolidation of Umrah Rituals

HARI KEEMPAT

  • Morning Prayer
  • At 08:00 WSA after breakfast, the congregation gathered in the Hotel Lobby to take part in the Pilgrimage around the Nabawi Mosque.
  • Congregants who will make a pilgrimage to Raudhah and the Tomb of Rasulullaah Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam are guided by the Muthawif/fah according to the applicable schedule.
  • Study and Strengthening of Umrah Rituals
  • Increase worship at the Prophet's Mosque

HARI KELIMA

  • Morning Prayer
  • 10:00 WAS ready to check out of the hotel
  • The congregation departed for Mecca by bus. The congregation will take the Miqat Umrah (Umrah Intention) at Bir Ali Mosque, Medina
  • After arriving in Mecca, the congregation checked in to the hotel, were assigned hotel rooms and prepared to perform the obligatory Umrah worship (Tawaf, Sa'i and Tahallul)

HARI KEENAM

  • Morning Prayer
  • 08:00 WAS The congregation gathered in the Lobby to make a pilgrimage around the Grand Mosque and Maktabah, the birthplace of Rasulullaah Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam, the Zam-Zam Water Dam, guided by the Muthawif/fah according to the applicable schedule.
  • Increase your worship at the Grand Mosque

HARI KETUJUH

  • Morning Prayer
  • at 08:00 WAS after breakfast, the congregation prepared to gather in the lobby to take part in the pilgrimage to several historical places in Mecca, namely: Jabal Tsur, Jabal Nur, Jabal
  • Rahmah, Padang Arafah, Muzdalifah and Mina.
  •  increase your worship at the Grand Mosque

  • at 08:00 WAS the congregation gathered in the lobby to prepare for the farewell Thawaf. This Thawaf was carried out as a form of farewell and final respect for the Baitullah and the Grand Mosque.
  • At 15.00 WAS the congregation checked out of the hotel and headed to Jeddah, arriving in Jeddah, city tour of Jeddah to Balad / Chorniche, Ali Murah shop, Qisas Mosque, finished the Jeddah city tour,
